BitBrar provides enterprise artificial intelligence solutions, including private AI infrastructure, automation systems, cognitive market analysis, and custom AI development. Services may evolve, improve, or change at any time.

You agree not to use BitBrar services to:

• Process illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform

Clients are responsible for the data they provide to BitBrar systems. BitBrar does not claim ownership of client data and processes it only for service delivery. Private AI deployments remain under client control when contractually agreed.

5. Confidentiality

BitBrar treats client information as confidential and applies reasonable security practices. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Intellectual Property

All BitBrar software, models, architecture, and materials remain the intellectual property of BitBrar, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Client-owned data and outputs remain the property of the client.

7. Service Availability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. BitBrar does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

BitBrar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business interruption, data loss, or financial loss resulting from the use of our services. Use of AI outputs remains the responsibility of the client.

9. Third-Party Services

Some solutions may integrate external providers (cloud, APIs, models). BitBrar is not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
