1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BitBrar™ services, platform, or AI systems, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Services Description

BitBrar™ provides proprietary sovereign AI infrastructure, intelligence systems, autonomous agents, and strategic analytics. Services may evolve, be modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Process illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, infrastructure or data
• Reverse engineer, replicate, extract models, or exploit the platform

4. Data Responsibility

Clients retain ownership of their data. BitBrar™ processes data solely for service delivery. The client is fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and usage of submitted data.

5. Confidentiality

BitBrar™ applies reasonable security, encryption, and access control practices. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Intellectual Property

All BitBrar™ software, AI models, algorithms, architectures, data pipelines, and system outputs are proprietary and protected by intellectual property and trade secret laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, reverse engineering, model extraction, or replication is strictly prohibited.

7. Service Availability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. BitBrar™ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

BitBrar™ provides probabilistic AI outputs that may contain uncertainty or incomplete data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitBrar™ is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including financial loss, business interruption, or decisions made based on system outputs.

9. Third-Party Services

Some services may integrate third-party providers (cloud, APIs, models). BitBrar™ is not responsible for their availability, performance, or policies.

10. Changes to Terms

BitBrar™ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Security & Monitoring

Platform activity may be monitored, logged, and analyzed for security, compliance, and operational integrity. Unauthorized access attempts may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile & EEUU. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BitBrar™ from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activities.
